If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

With most mannequins being $300 and up, this is a fantastic option for a light use mannequin. Assembly took about 5 minutes, at most, and was super easy.

I'd be disappointed in the cheap plastic with seams, etc., except she cost just $109.. she's well worth that.

Works but not great
The arms can't align with the shoulder to be flash. It's hard to take off the torso once assembled so it's a bit challenging to put on pants. To be really steady you need to add some weight to the floor platform. I also wish the floor platform isn't made of a cheap metal piece.

Good mannequin for the price.
My only negative issue is the discoloration of the hands. I wish they were white like the body but they are off white. Otherwise satisfied.

She fails the test to do her one job.
Mannequins have one job only and that one job is to maintain the position that I put them in an order for me to display the product they're wearing. This manikin has issues holding her arms up they seem to slide down and don't lock into position they do not rotate. If you want one pose only for a manikin and suppose that the creator or the producer has given it then you're fine but if you want to put this manikin in different positions or poses forget it keep on shopping.

Better than expected!
I'm actually shocked at the quality of this mannequin considering the price. As someone who worked in a department store for years, I know the downsides of heavy, painted mannequins in luxe materials. They're hard to move, hard to dress and reassemble, and can easily crack if you're not careful with them. I have some clothing I've wanted to sell online and thought this would be an easy way to showcase it. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase.

Great mannequin for the money
I wish I could afford a beautiful vintage department store mannequin made of fiberglass, but I cannot. This one does the trick! The main thing that makes me sad about it is that, being made of plastic, it has seams...but in a photo, covered in clothes, you don't notice the seams. And whatever, what do you expect for an inexpensive plastic mannequin? She's totally sturdy and easy to put together, and the metal base is solid and legit. I was not afraid of her falling down once I had her up. I've worked in stores where I've had to dress mannequins in the past, and she is put together in roughly the same way that a high quality mannequin is, so that's nice.

I love her!
This mannequin is so awesome and inexpensive! She is super easy to assemble and quick to assemble! She is a great model for my shop where I sell handmade clothes. I just love everything about her really, except for one tiny thing. The base at the bottom isn't quite heavy enough, so she does tilt sometimes if I walk by her too fast. But that is an easy fix I believe. They should really make the base bigger and a little heavier and it would be perfect. Other than that, she is perfect. :)

She's a good mannequin
This product works really well for me. I have an online shop and although most people prefer dress forms I really wanted more control over the presentation of my products and I wanted the wear in photos to look natural like a human. This mannequin really does the trick. And a lot of the other reviews talk about her difficulty to assemble but I have not experienced this issue.

High quality for the price not that great for flash photos.
Its not exactly what I wanted so I'm not going to deduct any stars from it. Its exactly like it is in the picture and easy to assemble. Someone mentioned below that it keeps falling apart and shattering, but I didn't experience that at all. its very good quality and very stable. I was able to move it around pretty easily.
