If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

Easy to assemble looks great
Super easy to put together. Wife and daughter did it in under a half hour. I like how narrow the door is, so that our dansky thinks twice before trying to shimmy out. Looks good in the yard. Going to end up buying another set of 8 panels to increase the size once the pups get bigger

Just what I needed! Great Pen for Pups!!
With just adopting a new pup at home, she's been growing very quickly. Which means fencing I had bought about a week ago she's already outgrown and started escaping from by pushing back on it. Finding this is what helped do the trick for my tall pup!! The pen itself allows a great amount of room for her in the house and is tall and sturdy enough that she (for now) hasn't escaped from!! Also easier with the double locked door that lets you in and out of the inside easier then trying to hop over a smaller pen I had before. Great for strong or tall pups that need to stay in their zones until they can be trusted!!

Works great for my dog. We bought the 8 & 16 panels. Could be a bit more sturdy. I recommend buying stakes to keep it up.

Would recommend for puppies
This is a quality made ex pen, the only thing I do not care for is how narrow the door is. But it seems like they are all made that way. Wouldn't hold my full grown German shepherd but works great for my puppy. I do wish there was another way of attaching the sides together because we use it inside and the stakes are a little by tall if you are not putting into the ground outside.

Very Nice Dog Pen for the Price!
We wanted to install semi-permanent fencing around a patio to keep our dogs safe yet allow them to be outside with us. Comparable panels I priced at big box home / garden centers ran $20/panel and higher for similarly constructed products. So this pen with 8 panels seemed like a much better option. It arrived very well packed in heavy cardboard cartons, reinforced by taped down plastic strapping. Inside, panel corners were protected by additional cardboard padding, held together by heavy duty zip ties, and every other panel's framework was wrapped with foam padding. It took a little patience to remove that as the foam was secured with tape in several places. But thanks to the padding and packing, the panels arrived in excellent condition with no damage except for a few minor scratches. Those are of no concern to me--this is a DOG fence and the dogs will no doubt subject it to some wear and tear anyway. I fully expect to spray paint the panels in a year as a maintenance thing...no matter how well powder coated metal is, that's just part of the deal in taking care of it.
