Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. This vanity is perfect for my daughter. Feels very durable and sturdy. It was easy to put together just have to pretty much put the legs on and seat together. Took no time at all. I love that it had all the little compartments to separate items. It was worth the price! The video is what it looks like directly out of the box so no having to put drawers or anything too complicated together.

Beautiful Vanity
This Giantex Vanity Set is perfect for my needs. It's the right size, color, and style for my bedroom. Since it is a vanity that doubles as a desk, it's perfect for small spaces. It includes two storage drawers, as well as a hidden storage compartment in the center. It was very easy to assemble and it's well made and attractive. It's also reasonably priced and well worth it. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Great Vanity & Small Desk!
My daughter loves this vanity. It doubles as a desk for her distance learning, too. We ended up buying a different chair separately because she is in online school for three hours, but the little seat that comes with it was nice, too. She just wanted a chair with a back to it.

Great vanity for the price, but the hinge is not good
We had to replace the hinge with another hinge from another vanity we tested from IKEA that had some hydrolics to prevent the lid from slamming.

Good Product/If You Get Correct Parts
It is a good product. It is easy to assemble. It is sturdy when you are sent all the "correct" pieces to assemble it with. Customer Service department needs some work done. Only had to wait close to 2 months for a replacement part that was their mistake. When told I had a problem.....was treated not as I should have been. Multiple emails and pics proving what piece we needed. When the correct piece (finally) arrived. Assembly Was Easy. And Unit Is Very Nice and my daughter Now gets to use her desk I bought her "Before" Christmas. All in All. It is a good product. And we will be givyyhem one more chance to redeem themselves. We will let everyone know how that one goes.
