If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

We love it, but hope we never have to take it apart and reassemble.
We really love this bed. My daughter and all of her friends think it is the cutest thing, and it’s a hit with all of them. However, I will say that assembly is NOT quick or simple. It took us probably 5 hours to put it together. Directions were not super easy to follow. Quality seems pretty decent. We haven’t had any major issues. There is a small crack on the side of the slide, and I can’t imagine how that happened. My daughter is not rough on it. Structurally, it does seem okay. We are happy with the purchase, but assembly did come with some frustration.

It did arrive with one piece cracked and a corner missing from the slide, but I opted to contact the seller and theyre sending out the replacement pieces to make the situation right.

Item took a few hours to put together but the kids highly approve. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a bunkbed for their kids.
I got this bed for my 18 month old and 2 year old. They love it! We pinned a blanket on the top to make a canopy and they just think it is so cool. Beautiful and sturdy wood. It took 3 people about 4 hours to put together, a little confusing at times, but that might be because my dad and husband don't like to read instructions. The slide is painted particle board, not plastic like I expected, and is VERY steep and very slick. We put a beanbag at the bottom to lift it a little bit and that seemed to help-- also makes the landing a little softer. The bottom of the slide ends really close to the frame and don't really like how they have to step/climb over the piece of wood at the top to get onto the slide, but other than those things, the design is good. I thought I'd be able to let my kids go in their room and just play on their own, but they definitely need supervision. No big deal, since they are little anyway. They'll grow into it. I LOVE the storage space and it was shipped and delivered really fast.

Great product but be ready to depict the assembly instructions
Product came in 2 separate boxes in 2 different shipments. Overall product is solid and kids love it. I wished the slide will be fully leveled with the platform where it starts from so to ease the sliding part for the kids. Assembly: be aware that it will take some time - it took me 4+ hours with an electric screwdriver. Each part of the instruction needs to be read carefully so to ensure proper assembly orientation. Oddly the upper bed frames needed to be screwed in the wood, I would have expected an easier assemble. Additional storage space is great, both on the side and within the staircase. Overall I give a 4/5 stars as the assembly instructions were a bit hard to depict and could benefit for a more step by step process.

This bed is perfect for kids! The house-shaped design looks adorable and makes the room feel cozy. It feels sturdy and safe, with guardrails all around the top bunk. The stairs are easy to climb and double as storage, which is very practical. It also comes with a slide, which kids would love, but my room is too small to install it. Assembly took a bit of time, but the instructions were clear. Overall, it’s a safe, fun, and functional bed that my child absolutely enjoys!

My kids love the slide despite a playful addition , the slide as well designed for safety with smooth edge and gentle slope. That it’s both space saver and combine storage safety for my kids. Came well packaged. Instructions easy to read and follow organized and the bed was put together in no time. The height is not too high and the bottom is easy to climb in and out. We all love it!
