Buy This!! Perfect for 1 person use.

This was just what I needed/wanted! Works like a dream, a bit labor intensive if you hook it up to the sink and have to drain manually. Good choice for the money. Does a medium size load in 15 mins, then spin, rinse and spin again...almost dry! I'm pleased with this product. If you need something for 2-3 people, get the next larger size.

Perfect fit

This came with a small hose for filling with water. I replaced it with a bigger hose because the smaller hose malfunctioned. Other than that, the washer meets expectations.

I like it. It's very useful.

So I hope I'm not jinxing it with this review but I do like this machine. I had a Kupple one that was not nearly as quite or as big but this one is both. I can wash my bed sheets in this one and large towels. I like it because the garage washing machines at my apartments are front loading machines and don't wash worth a damn. This one washes my clothes like it should and I appreciate it. I try not to put too many clothes in it per load since this is made from mostly plastic and I'm trying to get it to last as long as possible. Otherwise it is pretty awesome.

Nice little washing machine

A bit smaller than I had anticipated but does the job well. Dryer is very small and I was concerned that it wouldn't be able to hold anything but surprisingly it can hold a blanket. Fits in the bathroom tub.

Overall this is a great space saving washer. You can't do a large load, so you would have to do a few sm-med loads. Very light and easy to move around. The only issue I have is the drainage pipe. The manchine needs to be a bit off the ground to drain by gravity. Also I,m not sure where I can drain the water. Other wise, great little washer. After spinning the clothes are pretty dry, just need to hang up for a while.

Essential back-up washer to own, I think a must have!

My large washer broke. I am still struggling to find a comparable replacement that is available. I have a small back-up counter top washer, but it was not adequate for heavier clothes when wet, so I ordered this unit. Amazingly, it came quickly. It has proven that it is capable of washing heavier wet clothes like jeans and sweatshirts. I have to do more smaller loads than I would have to do with my regular washer. It is not automatic in its process to fill, drain, rinse and spin, so I am more involved in this the process and it takes more time. BUT, my clothes have never seemed cleaner! Detergent residue can often cause rashes, so I like to make sure to rinse many items twice. Easy to do manually with this machine, but having a difficult time finding a large automatic washer with the second rinse setting like the one I had (or find one available to buy). This washing machine has been a life saver and and an excellent investment as a back up. Truthfully, I like how it cleans so well, I am likely to continue to use it on small loads and intimate items when (if) I can ever buy a full sized, installed washer.

Everything you'd need in a compact unit

We got this for my wife's studio, she upcycles clothes and this is perfect for her needs. Does everything you need. Not technically a dryer, but an extractor. Still does an amazing job of getting the water out. Great for small loads and quite powerful. We are impressed with it. Just a not that the drain is gravity fed so you really need a drain ground level or elevate the unit to drain. All in all this works great for us.

Great product

I am currently living in my RV for a short period. I needed something easy to move around so I could still wash my clothes. This product really works great. The dryer spins so fast it gets clothes just about dry. So you only have to hang them up for a little while after. Very happy with this purchase!

Excellent Portable Washing Machine

I've been using this Giantex portable washing machine for seven months and couldn't be happier. I use it in my bathtub for small loads - will easily wash 4 bathtowels and a few washcloths in one load, 3 scrub pants and tops in one load. I've washed a pair of jeans with sweatpants and sweatshirts, etc. Even though it's not as convenient as a full size washer, all of my clothes come out nice and clean. I also purchased the Mosa bamboo bath mat (28" X 20") to set the washing machine on in the tub to give it a flat surface. I use the TubShroom to catch the hair and lint that drains after washing. I'm a 65 year old woman and I'm able to lift it in and out of the tub. Highly recommend!

Its quick, quiet, and easy to move. A great buy small spaces.

This is a great item for people who have limited space and no washer and dryer hookup. It also works surprisingly fast, is very powerful, and is much quieter than I anticipated. It is even only 19 lb and is very easy to move around all in all is has been a great purchase.

Perfect for a student!

Holds approximately 1/2 a standard load. It is very lightweight (12lbs), for ease in getting in and out of the tub. I recommend a removable shower head for filling it with water, as the tubing did not fit my tub spout. Easy to use, does a great job washing and spinning the clothes. It is quiet, as to not bother my neighbors. Perfect for a busy student with limited time for going to the laundry mat.

Omg game changer!

Use your shower head and add an extra tube to the drain one included. Clothes on spin of 5 minutes were barely damp!!! I live in a small apt with no washer dryer hookups! Was paying almost $40 a week at the laundromat.

The little washer that could....

I bought this little washer because the washer in my stacked unit gave out (dryer still runs fine) and, with a bunch of travel on the horizon, I have neither time nor money to replace them at this moment. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much. It's a simple little unit, not much automation at all; but it works! I will still have to go to the laundramat for heavy stuff (king sized flannel bed sheets, for example), but everyday light stuff should be OK. It works especially well on my light synthetic material hiking outfits. The spinner gets enough water out that I almost don't need the dryer for lighter synthetic materials.

Nice!

This little machine was a dream! Lightweight portable and does exactly what it's advertised to do. The drying mechanism however, just does an intense spin dry, it doesn't dry the clothes like a tumble dryer. You would have to hang the clothes up and let them finish drying in a well ventilated room. Still, very nice option to the laundromat!

Works

I do a load almost every day. Have it on my front screened porch. Fill with outside water hose. Drains into my plant bed. Plants are fine. Use a tiny bit of soap, and only a few pieces of clothing. Maybe 1 towel & some wash clothes. Great for a single person or couple. Lightweight (without water), easy to pick up & move.

Wish I bought this last year..... works like a champ!

I live in an RV while my house is being built. I had plenty of offers from family to assist with laundry while I am living here. Reality kicked in when I had to call ahead and plan my schedule with theirs for laundry. I have been looking at various models for the past 6 months but kept putting it off. Vacation time rolls around and I am two weeks without clean clothes to wear to work, you notice when people start avoiding you in the break room. Long story short (too late) this machine works like a charm, it is a bit more work, small load, wringing out each item in sink (my choice- not needed but trying to save the work horse spinner) stretching each item as you hang them out to dry to remove wrinkles. I am 3 weeks in and everyone says I am back to being the "Downey Lady" . Also love that I can soak my clothes as long as I want after cycle is over.

Gets Clothes Very Clean

It gets clothes very clean but I can only give It 3 stars I had the smaller version of this washing machine same brand the first thing I had to do was take the back off and fix the drain on It, It was just a strap was Not connected but It worked well after that but then a few weeks ago the motor on the spin cycle quit working which Is one of the things I liked about It Is the spin cycle got clothes almost dry enough to Not need a dryer I could put My clothes on wet and Not have some judgmental complaining that I Am wet. I think all appliances should be built like old cars and tell-lie-vision could get parts for them anywhere and was easy to fix so I started to take the washing machine apart and checked It for sure the spin cycle motor went out and It would have Not been an easy fix and Nether did I know where to get parts for It therefore I bought this washing machine about the exact same thing just a little bit bigger maybe this one will last more than 2 years but If You go to Lowes or Home Depot that Is about how long this big brand name washing machines last now days about 2 year Not over 10 years as they used to, that Is why It only gets 3 stars because I also rate how easy Is It to repair....

It's gravity drain. NO DRAIN PUMP!!!

This machine seems powerful and very quiet. but I had to return it because it doesn't have drain pump. It uses gravity to drain the water, which will not work in my apartment.

Washes clothes well!

I set this up in my tub for easy drainage. (Not just for laundry wash side, but to spin side as well. Nice small size that fits perfectly in my bathroom. Light enough to move around (without water in washer). The spin really really impresses me as to how good it is at getting the clothes ready to hang dry. Very happy with how clean my clothes get. If hanging to dry, use fabric softener. Just wish spinner could be big enough to put all the wash load in at one time to spin (only draw back)

You can't go wrong with this!

I absolutely love my Giantex washing machine/spin dryer! I live in an apartment with no washer dryer hookups and this saves me from going to the laundry room or laundry mat! Well worth it's price! It's easy to use, yes, maybe time consuming but it's so much better than having to go out in the rain and snow and heat multiple times! I'm having a rolling cart built for it so I won't have to lift it in and out of my tub!

Great little apartment sized washing machine with high speed spin only dryer. You will want a lint catcher or your always going to have Lint on all your clothes.
