Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. We had to return this ramp to get the next size bigger. I��m pretty sure it was the same brand. It works great. We like it a lot. It works great for our poor old English bulldog. And the French bulldogs don��t have any problems at all with the ramp.

Only for small pets
I don't think this would be helpful to pets over 10 lbs. They're made of foam and are pretty plush. Solid stairs if your pet is smart enough to use them. My cat is not, but they'll be perfect if he ever figures it out

did not fully expand its been a week and still inch short of description. as I was specific searching for a size, so my service dog could get off my bed.. and with short legs an inch can mean a lot..

Nice height

Great for aging dog
My 30 lb aging dog loves to use it and I love that it is light weight yet firm. Much better quality than I even expected
