If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

Note 1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

Color is dull and distressed
These are good chairs for the money, but use a drill to make it easier. Color is not what I thought. I thought it would be mint. It is a dull teal with a distressed look. I absolutely did NOT want distressed. Really unhappy but I needed chairs for a party so I had no choice but to keep them. They are better quality than I thought, but I dislike color. If color is okay with you, then buy these...seems sturdy.

Beautiful Chairs
I'm in love with these chairs. They are too cute & a great price. They are mint green with a rustic look. I added pillow pads for comfort, as the chairs do have very hard seats. I had a bit of trouble assembling them at times, because some of the screws didn't seem to line up just right, but my mechanic boyfriend came behind me & had no issues, so I think you'll have no issues if you're used to putting things together/taking things apart. Fast shipping. Packaged well with no issues. 10/10 recommend.

Very sturdy and beautiful
These chairs are very attractive, sturdy and a great size. They did smell terrible out of the box but we just let the pieces sit outside or in the garage for a couple days and then they were fine. Lots of twisting of Allen wrench screws to assemble but they go together well and seem very well made. We had one defective piece out of 8 chairs and the company was very easy to work with to get a replacement. I am very happy with this purchase!

Good quality seating
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality of this chair is. I rated the comfort a 4 since they are wood chairs but did purchase cushions for them.

Love the chairs
My husband put them both together in about an hour. They are beautiful and sturdy. I wanted something larger for comfort at the dinner table. The color really makes the chair!!

Color is a green & brown streaky mix
I thought these chairs were comfortable but the color wasn't as I expected from the pictures at the time. They looked like a smooth soft green but in reality they are a green and brown streaky color. I'm not a fan of the color but they seemed sturdy. I did end up returning them because of the color.

Better to inspect pieces before putting chairs together in case you need to return.
On one of the 4 chairs I put together at the top of the backing x their was a broken edge but we had already put the chair together and decided to overlook.
