Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. I wanted something that doesn't take up a lot of space on my deck and this is absolutely perfect. It seems very well made and sturdy. All I had to do to unpack it was cut the box on one side and slide it out -- ready-to-relax right out of the box! Wow! (I immediately got a cup of coffee and sat at my new adorable table and watched the hummingbirds fight over the feeders.) If you don't want a cluttered deck and just want to enjoy some alone-time, this is for you. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend this product.

Not comfortable at all.
The back support on the chairs only comes to mid back and is very uncomfortable.

Seat height a bit low
This seating set is perfect for small spaces. We have it on our patio that is very narrow and it works great! The seating height is a bit lower than I expected and the cushion is a bit thinner than I thought but overall was a good purchase. Seems sturdy enough to uphold daily use, but only time will tell.

I love this!
I don't have a very big balcony and this fits perfectly! The chairs are surprisingly comfortable, even my 6'1" boyfriend finds it comfortable. There is one metal support for the glass top in the middle but it is about 1/4 inch below the glass. So, I wouldn't trust heavy pot on it. Otherwise the glass top seems sturdy.

Great find
Perfect for a screen porch. Not to big but not so small for the space. Some say it wont fit adults, I measured and the height of chairs and table are the same size as my full size breakfast table. This is a great alternative to a small iron patio set, its bigger and more space.

Looks great and works, but...
It looks AWESOME out on the patio! It serves its purpose, and I love it. The only issue I have, is that it is a tad "wobbly". I'd return it for a replacement (mistakes happen, no problem) but it would be too much of a hastle to "repair" the box that it came in and send it back (can only return using the same box, apparently). I put some paper under the bottom and fixed it instantly. Which is good enough for me!
