If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

It was easy to put together. Was delivered intact. I customized mine. ( purchased to store tattoo supplies. ) so the pictures above does not represent the product that will be delivered but why be simple lol. Im 5'11 and the top is a few inches lower than my eye level.

The cabinet was easy to assemble. Fits spot perfectly. Do wish was a little deeper, but best I could find for cost.

Nice looking piece
Overall this is a nice piece of furniture. I bought it for my office/craft room and it looks nice. I wouldn't say it's the one of the sturdiest pieces I've ever bought, but it will serve my purposes. My husband said it was fairly easy to put together, all the pieces were in the box, instructions easy to follow, and not too heavy (since he had to move it upstairs after assembling it). He did put the bottom together first, then finished putting it together after he moved it upstairs. Also, I noticed reviews on other cabinets from other sellers that said that there were chemical smells coming from them, but this did not; which is one of the reasons I opted to pay a bit more for this, because this same cabinet is sold my other sellers, but people complained about the smell.
This cabinet is perfect for storing laundry supplies due to limited space. It was easy to assemble and is solid in structure. If you need additional storage I recommend this cabinet.
