Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

The workmanship is quite good and the price is very good, but I like the look of it best. It is not only stylish but also beautiful. It is what I want.

Love the color!
I really like these chairs. I added a removable cushion to help with comfort. They're perfect for our kitchen bar. They might be a little too high, but that's not the chair's fault. They're stable enough that my kids can easily get in and out. The chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. Love the color!
I got the charcoal grey color in these and I��m in love with the color. It��s not stark black but not completely grey so it��s the perfect combo! They are super easy to build, only taking me less than 10 minutes. Very sturdy, better quality than ones similar to this I purchased from another name brand retailer! I can��t wait to get all the compliments on these in our bar area.
These are a pretty solid set of chairs. Sturdy and simple. They're quite heavy and don't tip easily. I would recommend them for taller counter tops or tables.
