If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

The perfect bed

I was pleasantly surprised at how strong it was. It's really beautiful and my daughter likes it very much. My husband and I assembled it all independently, the accessories were perfect, and the whole process was very fun. This bed will be with her for a long time.

Don’t hesitate, Buy it!

I absolutely love this bed and so does my child. The height of the bed is perfect. I did assemble the bed by myself which took a little longer, but not hard at all. It provides plenty of storage room, make room look great, get rid of all the clutter no longer a cluttered mess and provides a great desk for homework. Highly recommend to give your child the extra space they need!

Solid wood. Affordable. Able to be assembled by non-handy people.

I did a ton of searches on here and read a ton of reviews. We wanted a higher twin loft bed that was solid wood and sturdy... and didn't want to spend a million dollars. THE GOOD 1) solid wood and white (has wood grain texture which I am not nuts about but beggars can't be choosers) 2) We are not handy, but my husband and I assembled this with a drill and mallet in about a 6 hour span with some breaks and minimal arguments. 3) My daughter can stand under it, that was important since she wanted a "fort" under it 4) bed is pretty sturdy, not rickety 5) affordable THE BAD 1) the ladder seems the least sturdiest, tho you may be able to hack it with some extra bolts etc 2) instructions are small for my aging eyes, I took pics with my phone and then was able to make bigger on the phone 3) it can be hard to tell the front from the back, during initial building – make sure you don't mess this up as this is CRUCIAL for the correct foundation. 4) I don't like the wood grain texture/ and the brass bolts being so obvious but that's just my preference, and I will forgo aesthetics for a decent price

Adds plenty of space

Bed frame is pretty solid, but need to be anchored out it will shake with any movement, also the last could use more support, I added a few braces and anchored out to the floor as well, other than that, instructions could be a bit easier to understand but if you study the pics you can get through it..

It's a beautiful color and the right size.

This bed is for my child's 13th birthday. He loved it. The color is beautiful and the size is huge. It's perfect for kids, and you were worried when you first bought it, but when you actually own it, you'll find it completely unnecessary. The bed has hardware fixed to the wall to prevent tipping, and the pieces are labeled and sturdy enough. The instructions are also very clear. I can assemble it myself. It looks great.

Excellent bed

Not hard to assemble. The ladder is strong. I like bed and desk combo! I have received so many compliments on it, especially for the desk! So spacious! Very sturdy heavy construction, which I were very impressed with! If your home is tight on space and dont mind climbing to change bed linens, then definitely get this for your teentween!

Great price for Good Quality!

My daughter loves this bedroom set. Everything is practical and useful. She loves attic beds, and these bunk beds look exactly like the ones in the pictures. The assembly instructions are clear and all the parts are packed well, with no scratches or damage. The bottom drawer is super convenient. The wood is strong, I feel comfortable, and it can support my baby. A brand new bed, dresser, bookshelf and table for an amazing price. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the price.

Simple sturdy and plenty of clearance

My son loved it.

The quality of the bed is very good and the upper level is the bed. The lower level is the desk. Very good to save space, for children to learn very convenient, easy to install, it is worth recommending.
