If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact support@giantex.com to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Giantex with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

It took my husband a couple of hours to put it together himself but it was pretty easy for him to do it, he just looked at the pictures and built it so u can too. The material is very strong, it's not a cheap wood, u can tell it's good quality, how it was designed and the feel, it's feels very rich and strong, the ladder can be moved which I love, it really just hooks on but it's very sturdy and safe, the size mattresses they recommended were a perfect fit and I'm in love with the trundle and how it pushes in, it saves me plenty storage space as it's a shared room. All in all I'd give this 100/10, will definitely recommend and will definitely purchase again when I need another
This bed is both beautiful and sturdy. This is exactly what we want. My child and I assembled it. The instruction manual is very simple. His stability is very good. There was not a sound at all. My child likes it very much
My husband took 3 hours to assemble with me helping towards the end. We don’t mind building, I look at it as my husband and I spending time together and working together. Yes, assembly and instruction could be better, but overall we managed to build it. Our children are so happy and we’re even happier that they are sleeping in their own room.

Sturdy, clean look and very functional
I read so many reviews on so many bunks. We ended up buying this one. Great choice! We've had it up since early Feb '25. A couple of screws need to be tightened again as its settled but nothing that has a major impact. I (170 lbs) can climb up to the top bunk to snuggle my 8 yr old. All the pieces were as they should be. My husband says keeping legts from the rights was a bit hard. My girls 8 & 14 yrs old helped my husband put the bunk together. The girls put the ladder together backwards but good learning experience to take apart and try again. The trundle needs a thinner mattress. Not like a half mattress but we're using a mattress from Costco that came rolled up vs a traditional mattress with springs was too thick. We could tuck the spring mattress under very carefully but was tricky to pull out. The Costco mattress (the kind shipped rolled up) can easily roll in and out from under the full bunk.
I'd buy this bunk again. Its worked well for us. It looks great. A clean look. So much more floor space vs 2 separate beds and strurdy. Great value for what we paid.

WONDERFUL👌🏻Better than expectations 🙂i ordered twin over twin bunk bed, 2 bed sheets, 2 mattresses 5 inches, which are so good, expand immediately after opening, 2 mattresses protectors. Everything 808$. My kids are so excited and enjoying a lot. I love it. If incase something missing, amazon helps immediately. if u like more Gap in b/w beds, u can ordered 64,65 inches high bed. But this is perfect for my 3,5 yrs kids. Thank u Amazon❤️👌🏻👌🏻
